Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must contact us for a RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
There is a 15% restocking fee deducted for all returns.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We are testing international shipments at this time. The price quoted is only product cost and shipping to your country. The buyer will be responsible for all import duties/taxes. By law we are required to list the full value of the package.
Used Audio Gear
Sales of used equipment is covered by a 30 day return period.
There is a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection of returned audio equipment as there is more time involved to ensure items are returned in the same condition and same parts they were sold with. If items are returned with swapped parts the refund will be denied and the buyer will not receive a refund. The buyer then has the 3 days to decide to forfeit the item or they can pay shipping for the item.
