These are the original style incandescent lamps with the correct 200mA rating for your Marantz dial panel and meters.  Some vendors sell 250mA bulbs which are the wrong bulbs and generate more heat than it should which can add additional heat inside your receiver.

Verify the quantity that your receiver takes. Most Marantz receivers use between 5 and 8 for the dial illumination and the meters.
